Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and follow the secure checkout process.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Union Pay, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB.

How long does delivery take?

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Sunday)

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Sunday)

  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days from order placement

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Gainlier ships within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding to other regions in the future.

Is shipping free?
Yes — we provide free standard shipping on all UK orders.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free of charge for all eligible UK orders.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Footwear or textiles that have been worn or used

  • Lighting or décor items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

These restrictions are always shown on the product page before purchase.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at contact@gainlier.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. If eligible, we’ll send you a free prepaid downloadable return label and step-by-step instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return window for a different size, colour, or style of equal value. To reserve your replacement while your return is in transit, contact us at contact@gainlier.com

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
